G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê (/θèˈkova/ /ˈcëfa/ [personal] [circus]) is a subtropical Town located in the Jithêmênë Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê was founded by Shêb Sheshe, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê receives an average of 258 cm/y (101 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 6662 m (-21092 ft) above sea level.
Overview
G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê was founded durring the early 13th century in fall of the year 1208, by Shêb Sheshe. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê is was constructed arround several broad cobblestone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The town's brittle defences are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are reading. The entire town feels like a library, with those not reading remaining quite to not disturb those who have their nose in a book. The longer you remain in G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê the more you start to wonder if you’ve entered some strange open-concept University rather than a town, but you can’t quite say such with certainty.
Civic Infrastructure

G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is long in G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê.
The Drake, Flame near G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
G̈cëit-cëfa Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves creating small tokens to channel Abjuration energies of tier 1 via singing.
Economy
